10% is definitely ok, 40% is definetely not.
Hard to say exact number.
When there are 10% immigrants (like 2-3 persons in group of 25 people) - they are cool and exotic and nobody see anything wrong there.
When there are half or even 1/3 of the group - it is already way too much and people don't feel comfortably.
15% probably still ok. 20% already slightly too much.
It is my personal views, maybe others see it other way.
