If a general thread is spammed by one video per post spoken in Russian or Ukrainian (?) with no written context, how a non-Russian speaker can comment? I don't know about automatic subber / dubbing options/programs.

Most of the videos with English subtitles in the general thread I made myself and double pictures with the original and translated text - my work in photoshop. Well, if I throw, let's say, videos of Ukrainian moms who ask to talk to their children, I give the context. Or do you need to translate their pleas directly? A simple one-minute video takes 40 min. to translate with all the checks. And I also need to save time to learn Python so I can make useful scripts for 2ch in the future based on requests\ffmpeg\imagemagick, because PowerSell 7 can be slow, which regular users don't like.
