What is the level of testosterone that is considered low by the health service in Russia? GB 133135 В конец треда | Веб
What is the level of testosterone that is considered 'low' by the health service in Russia?

Here in the UK it is 290ng/dl, if you are below that the NHS will allow you to take testosterone therapy. If you are not at that level or below, you won't be able to get a prescription, you will therefore have to break the law to illegally buy steroids in order to increase your level.

I am curious what the situation is in Russia? Do you have a health service that have an official 'low' level? Can you just walk into a pharmacy and buy steroids? I believe that is possible in Bulgaria and Romania, to just walk into the pharmacy and buy testosterone without a prescription.

Russia:
Total testosterone in men:
- Normal: ~ 12-35 nmol/L
- Low (deficiency): less than 12 nmol/L
- Critically low: less than 8 nmol/L (usually requires therapy)

Free testosterone (important when total levels are normal but deficiency symptoms are present):
- Normal: 0.2-0.5 nmol/L
- Deficiency: less than 0.2 nmol/L

Testosterone here is a prescription drug and its sale is regulated by law. You can't buy it without a doctor's prescription.

And when I say doctor's prescription, I don't mean paper. Russia is a society of digital slaves from Japanese anime. In cities, to get testosterone, you need not only an electronic prescription, but also an app on your smartphone, which you can give to a salesperson to scan; you also need to authorize yourself in it by visiting a “My Documents” center with verification from “Gosuslugi”.
RU 4 133151
The doctor signs his prescription with an “electronic signature” (a special crypto-key that is generated for each Russian (mandatory for certain professions - doctor, lawyer, and so on) and stored in a nationwide database). Therefore, an electronic prescription cannot be forged.
RU 5 133152
I realize the Brits think eastern Europe is some backward shit where you can buy any shit you want without a prescription, but it's not. Romania and Bulgaria are governed by EU healthcare laws and regulations, and Russia is not “eastern Europe” in the stereotypical sense. Our level of health care organization and standards is in many cases higher than the European average, and the level of digitalization is much higher than yours, because Russia does not have leftist restrictive laws on its development as in Europe\UK. A high level of digitalization has its pros and cons. It is insanely convenient, but it also significantly increases the level of internal paranoia and adds stress. I don't think there's any need to explain why.

That is fascinating, so that is only slightly higher than the UK, as a requirement to receive a prescription! I would have expected Russia to be a far more male-positive place, where you can potentially get testosterone quite easily. In my opinion a man should be able to choose what testosterone level he wants to be, I wondered if it was potentially just freely available.

What makes this quite strange is that we live in a time, at least in the Western world, where testosterone has decreased over the past few decades. Men are now less than half the testosterone level that quite recent past generations were, yet we define historically LOW levels as "normal". I get why we do that here in the UK, the UK is left wing and has lots of people that see testosterone as a "nazi" thing. Men like Richard Moore, are the types who mock high testosterone men as "macho" and often attack them with radical feminist propaganda such as the view that their penises are small and they are "compensating", or that they are secretly a repressed homosexual Republican governor. These nasty attacks stopped a lot of action that could have been taken by several demographics of men within the state and within our health service, to increase testosterone so that our average levels are the way they were in generations past. The men in the UK who normalized testosterone came from subcultures like bodybuilding, boxing, and prison, that were never around people like Richard Moore. There is subsequently quite a large demographic of men who support testosterone, which is very fortunate as people who are adjacent to the state and the health service are often very negative, and you won't get anything from them. Because of those male positive demographics, steroids are actually relatively available, though I have no personal experience with that.

I thought the situation would have been different in Russia, as you are not as left wing or radical feminist. Can anyone answer why your health service seems to be in line with the NHS about this important matter? Soon, when technologies designed to detect illegal drugs at borders are advanced, a consequence will also be the detection of steroids. It will be harder and harder for people to get them, so the NHS's absurd requirements to be 10nmol/l / 290ng/dl before you can get anything, will become more and more extreme and a matter of political importance.

Interesting fact, but there's no way to verify it, and you can see why. If only because no one probably measured your testosterone or your friends' testosterone intentionally for this study. This study involved a limited sample of men, from 100 to 1000 at most, This is the specificity of work of private “research agencies” existing on grants from the state or NPOs. I don't know how things are in the western world, in Russia it is illegal to share information about patients, including testosterone levels. Check your source for credibility again, maybe in Britain or any other western country you can't pass on patient's tests either. In Russia, however, I can personally transmit my tests to someone else at my discretion, retrieving them from the medical database via the official smartphone app EMIAS.INFO. It's my personalized electronic medical record. However, the transmission of this information is not secure.

I think that given the political situation you've told me about, the claim that the western world has low testosterone may be pro-propaganda or politically motivated. I doubt that being in the western world can defeat evolution and change a man's hormonal function.

>I thought the situation would have been different in Russia, as you are not as left wing or radical feminist.

Russia had a strong feminist movement and developed radical feminism in the mid-2010s. It was destroyed by the introduction of neural tools in the social network VK (a very popular social network in the Russian-speaking space, much more popular than Facebook or other). The system removed hate speech - blocking groups that promoted ideology and users who called for extermination based on gender or race, and it worked so well that it recognized veiled messages.
Artificial intelligence has practically destroyed radical feminism in Russia. Because feminists were mostly active on the Internet, in VK, sharing their ideology and building it up like a snowball. None of them ever gathered for big marches and demonstrations.
By the way, along with feminists, the “men's movement” and ardent pro-male radical groups using hate speech against women were destroyed.

There are still groups in VK created by feminists for feminists, but they are all very “light”, about books and self-education.

As for testosterone, in excess it is a very dangerous substance and should never be used for any reason. Testosterone has a significant impact on the hormonal balance. Improper use can lead to side effects such as cardiovascular problems, liver dysfunction, mood changes and aggressiveness (there may be problems with the law, or depletion of the nervous system). Without a doctor's supervision, testosterone use can aggravate comorbidities and lead to endocrine imbalances. Testosterone should not be taken lightly. There are good reasons why its use is limited.

Here I will clarify my thought a bit:
An untrained Russian reading your text will think that this is another schizo, but Russians who know how things are in the West ideologically from the inside, as they have visited there more than once, know that this is not a schizo, but quite a working concept of modern internal political left-liberal Western ideology professed at the highest political level. If a man can be an official woman or a non-binary person, a man can be a man without testosterone - this is the basis of woke values, woke values view men and women as a social concept rather than looking at them in terms of biology. In other words, in the woke-values concept, testosterone is not seen as naturally masculine, but as “toxic,” associated with wars and colonization. And these associations are so firmly entrenched in woke-values that now the statement that the western world contains less testosterone is an analogy to “the western world is not fascist or aggressive”, which is supposed to be some sort of advertisement for superiority within western society. To support the power of woke values. Such a closed loop machine - wokeism begets wokeism.
That's why I consider this claim of low testosterone to be propaganda.

- Any assertion of the superiority of one people over another using a biological context is inherently fascist.
- The western world is quite aggressive, including invasions of a number of countries, has aggressive policies in the world, and even has colonies in africa and south america. Until now.
- Wokeism is a pseudoscientific lie not specifically supported by science and unbiased research.
Wokeism is an ideology like communism, communism held the republics of the USSR together and created a purpose for their society. Wokeism does exactly the same thing but in the context of the western world.

Here is a decent, left wing source for the claim that testosterone is decreasing. Obesity is premised as the cause, which may be correct. There are also other factors, such as pollution. It is hypothesized by some groups that microplastics within water and food may decrease testosterone, which is quite compelling.

>Artificial intelligence has practically destroyed radical feminism in Russia.

I am not surprised, I didn't believe that your state would support radical feminism. That is why I am quite puzzled that you have almost the same policies on testosterone as the UK. In the future this will be a big issue, because more and more men believe in using testosterone replacement therapy after their mid thirties. These aren't the groups who go crazy on steroids, it's just somebody who doesn't want his testosterone level to decrease and potentially wants to sustain a real average or above average level. Supplementation to this level is very safe and well studied.

This is something that men are obviously willing to pay for, and I can see a scenario in which a large percentage, potentially even a majority over 40, are trying to use a testosterone replacement therapy. Therefore it will be a huge economy and 'home grown' testosterone will become a real thing. The UK is obviously in a very strong position in terms of the necessary industry for mass production, however there are simply left wing people in the way, like Richard Moore, all throughout our institutions, so it potentially may not happen. I don't know why they're not trying to become the world leaders in hormonal health, except for the memories of my own experiences where left wing people acted like barriers to engaging in actions or views that were more masculine. They haven't even tried to increase penis size, for example, despite the availability of different types of growth hormones, and preexisting use of those compounds on individuals who are classed as having micropenises, to make them bigger. The compounds work in the same way on individuals of any size, yet the NHS doesn't use them in that way on adolescents, something that they could be doing today. What I can't figure out is why your country wouldn't be doing something like that. They must be more left wing than I thought.
