unfortuantely ts is real in europe they actually lock people up for online hate speech, especially in the UK. Cops there do 30+ arrests a day for so called offensive posts. niggas get 18-38 months in prison just for angry tweets about migrants or burning hotels w asylum seekers. germany does home raids too. no real free speech like in the US.

serbia is a decent option. as they are not in the EU, they dont usually extradite for pure speech stuff, its cheaper to live, and easier vibe.

If ure really worried, head to serbia first, then look at places where they dont give a fuck about online hate (i.e. turkey, some SEAmonkeys countries, etc.). delete old posts, use VPN always, new accounts, dont link anything to ur real self.
