But if you look at sources in the wiki it says parts of Kazakh Khanate joined Russia willingly and then even proceeded to raid the rest of central asia along with the russian army.
Dzungars got genocided by China and fled towards Kazakh Khanate where they got attacked by kazakhs, resulting in 80% population loss.
Are we actually the baddies?

Actually, the Kazakh Khanate fought the Dzungars till the 1750s, but unfortunately, it's not written in wikipedia and Russian alliance was pure nominal. Hopefully, some historian will write about it in the future.
I found a lot of information about our history on that tg channel. Russian Wikipedia is a joke mostly t me/jochikhandygy
