No, Russians are white. Whites have all hair colors and eye colors. Black/brown hair is actually the most common hair color among whites and brown eyes are more common than green or blue eyes. That does not make them mixed. Black hair and dark eyes are present in ALL races to high extents.
Edit: You've got a whole wrong impression of Russian. Being Russian does make you 1/2 Asian and 1/2 European. Russians are not a Eurasian race. They are solely European/Caucasian/White. Their territory just happens to expand into Asia. This does not make them Asian or Eurasian in origin.
I'm russian but have black hair, dark brown eyes, an slightly darker than other whites i thought whites only had light brown, blond, or red hair with green or blue eyes.
Update: actually to the guy who said im asian firstly russians are geographicly asian as they are european plus im half korean so i guess you could say im 75% asian but however many russians that iv seen that are pure russian look mixed with latino or somthing even though they are pure russian
