To me, Putin is better leader than 2-5 rulers before him. He want to develop Russia. He is a enough peaceful ruler, but he isn't just as stupid as Gorbachev. In my opinion, he wanted to cooperate with West and China and develop CIS. But the american empire interfer his dream because Washington wish to totally controls the world and it doesn't want that other countries will develop.
